Jacob U. Ginsburg

Mr. Ginsburg focuses his practice on general business and commercial litigation, and has extensive experience with nearly all types of business litigation matters, including:

  • contract disputes
  • business torts
  • consumer protection claims
  • consumer class-actions
  • insurance bad faith litigation
  • real estate disputes
  • investor-broker disputes

Mr. Ginsburg also has experience in litigating in other areas of civil litigation, including:

  • defamation/libel
  • civil rights
  • employment law
  • personal injury

Experience:
Mr. Ginsburg has successfully represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and in both state and federal court. Mr. Ginsburg has participated in negotiations where his firm’s clients have obtained six and seven-figure settlements. Recently, Mr. Ginsburg sat second-chair in a federal civil rights jury trial.

Personal:
Jake resides in Delaware County with his wife, two children and rescue dog. Jake enjoys reading, history and science. As an astronomy enthusiast, Jake is an active member of the Delaware Valley Amateur Astronomers, and recently gave a public lecture about the art of night-sky photography (astrophotography). Several of Jake’s photographs have been published and shared around the world.
