Mr. Ginsburg focuses his practice on general business and commercial litigation, and has extensive experience with nearly all types of business litigation matters, including:

Experience:
Mr. Ginsburg has successfully represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and in both state and federal court. Mr. Ginsburg has participated in negotiations where his firm’s clients have obtained six and seven-figure settlements. Mr. Ginsburg has taught continuing legal education seminars in Philadelphia and Allentown on the topic of federal and state consumer protection statutes related to mortgages.

Personal:
Jake resides in Lower Gwynedd in Montgomery County with his wife, children and rescue dog.  Jake is an astronomy enthusiast who sits on the board of the Delaware Valley Amateur Astronomers, and has given lectures on the art of night-sky photography.  Jake is also an active member of the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association and the Wissahickon Democrats.
